Our Research Approach

Our methodology is designed to uncover the truth, no matter how uncomfortable. We use rigorous data collection, critical analysis, and honest presentation. We don't hide facts. We don't sugarcoat failures. We present reality as it is.

Every statistic, every comparison, every claim is backed by data from reputable sources. We verify. We cross-reference. We fact-check. Then we present the truth, harsh as it may be.

Data Sources

We source data exclusively from reputable international and national organizations:

International Organizations

  • World Bank
  • International Monetary Fund (IMF)
  • United Nations (UN)
  • World Health Organization (WHO)
  • Transparency International
  • Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

National Sources

  • Government of India official statistics
  • Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
  • National Sample Survey Office (NSSO)
  • Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
  • Supreme Court of India reports
  • Academic research institutions

We prioritize data from international organizations for cross-country comparisons to ensure consistency and reliability. For India-specific data, we use official government sources when available, but we also cross-reference with independent research to account for potential government bias or manipulation.

Data Collection Process

1. Source Identification

We identify the most authoritative source for each statistic. For economic data, we use World Bank and IMF. For corruption, we use Transparency International. For health, we use WHO. For education, we use UNESCO and PISA rankings.

2. Data Verification

Every statistic is verified against multiple sources. We cross-reference data from different organizations to ensure accuracy. If sources conflict, we note the discrepancy and use the most recent or most authoritative source.

3. Temporal Consistency

We ensure that comparisons use data from the same time period. When comparing countries, we use the most recent data available for all countries in the comparison. We note the year of data in our presentations.

4. Contextual Analysis

We analyze data in context. We consider historical trends, starting points, and external factors. However, we don't use context as an excuse for failure. We present facts and let them speak for themselves.

Analysis Methods

Comparative Analysis

We compare India with other countries to highlight failures and successes. Our comparisons focus on:

  • Countries with similar starting points (China)
  • Countries that serve as success models (Singapore, Japan)
  • Global averages and benchmarks
  • Historical comparisons (ancient vs modern India)

Trend Analysis

We analyze trends over time to show whether India is improving, stagnating, or declining. We don't cherry-pick favorable time periods. We present long-term trends honestly.

Statistical Correlation

We identify correlations between different metrics (e.g., corruption and economic growth, education and development). We present these correlations as evidence, not as proof of causation.

Historical Context

We provide historical context to show how India's position has changed over time. We compare ancient India's achievements with modern failures to highlight the magnitude of decline.

Quality Standards

Source Verification

Every claim is linked to a verifiable source. We don't use anonymous sources or unverified claims. If we can't verify it, we don't publish it.

Fact Checking

All statistics are fact-checked against original sources. We verify calculations. We check for errors. We correct mistakes when found.

Transparency

We are transparent about our methodology. We list our sources. We explain our analysis. We don't hide our biases. We present our perspective openly.

Regular Updates

We update data regularly as new statistics become available. We note when data was last updated. We correct outdated information.

Limitations and Caveats

We acknowledge the following limitations:

  • Data Availability: Some data may be outdated or unavailable for certain metrics or time periods.
  • Measurement Differences: Different countries may measure the same metric differently, affecting comparability.
  • Government Data: Government statistics may be manipulated or biased. We cross-reference with independent sources when possible.
  • Context: While we provide context, we cannot account for all factors that may affect comparisons.
  • Interpretation: Our analysis reflects our perspective. Others may interpret the same data differently.

Despite these limitations, we believe our methodology produces accurate, honest, and valuable insights into India's failures and the path forward.

"The truth doesn't care about your feelings. Neither do we."

India's Truth

Our methodology is designed to uncover truth, not to comfort. We use rigorous research methods, but we don't hide behind neutrality. We present facts honestly, analyze them critically, and draw conclusions unapologetically. The truth is harsh. Our methodology reflects that.
